Welcome to Callie Sorensen LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the "Become Ungroomable" online course ("Course"), private coaching sessions ("Coaching"), and content provided through our YouTube channel, blog, or other platforms ("Content"). By purchasing, accessing, or engaging with our Course, Coaching, or Content, you ("you," "Customer," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Become Ungroomable Course

1.1 Course Access and Use

  • Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course content, including videos, workbooks, guides, and community features, through the Kajabi platform. Access is granted for the lifetime of the Course, unless otherwise specified.
  • Personal Use: The Course is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any Course materials without prior written consent from us.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kajabi account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

1.2 Payment Terms

  • Pricing:
    • Payment Plan: $165 per month for 3 months (total $495), charged monthly via Kajabi Payments or Stripe.
    • Pay in Full: $397 one-time payment, offering a $98 savings compared to the payment plan.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, Course access may be suspended until payment is received. We will attempt to retry the charge per Kajabiā€™s policies.
  • Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with all completed Course guides attached as proof of engagement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of the Course.

1.4 Course Community Conduct

  • You agree to engage respectfully in any Course-related community or discussion forums. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access without refund.

2. Private Sessions

2.1 Purpose and Scope

  • Private sessions are designed to support you in recovering from coercive control, narcissistic abuse, spiritual abuse, or emotional/psychological challenges, and to help you develop skills and strategies to move forward.

2.2 Session Logistics

  • Format: Sessions occur via online video call or phone, as agreed upon during booking.
  • Scheduling: You are responsible for attending sessions on time and providing at least 24 hoursā€™ notice to reschedule or cancel via [email protected].
  • Cancellation and Late Policy:
    • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hoursā€™ notice. Failure to provide notice or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package or charged in full.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered used and deducted from your package or charged.
  • Joint Sessions: Sessions may include your significant other or immediate family members, as agreed upon during booking.

2.3 Payment Terms

  • Pricing varies based on session packages or individual sessions, as outlined during booking.Ā 
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

2.4 Confidentiality

  • We will keep all information shared during Coaching confidential, except when discussing with a trusted mentor or supervisor for professional guidance or quality of care, without identifying details.
  • Both parties will take reasonable measures to protect electronic data exchanged during sessions. Neither party is liable for damages from unauthorized access to such data.

3. YouTube and Blog Content

3.1 Access and Use

  • Our YouTube channel, blog, and other free content ("Content") are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You may access and engage with Content subject to these Terms.
  • User-Generated Content: Comments or other contributions to our YouTube channel or blog must be respectful and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content or ban users for violations.

3.2 Intellectual Property

  • All Content, including videos, blog posts, and related materials, is owned by Callie Sorensen LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Content without written permission.

3.3 Disclaimer

  • Content is not a substitute for professional mental health or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for specialized support. For personalized guidance, book a private session via [email protected].

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Course materials, Coaching materials, and Content are owned by Callie Sorensen LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer: Not Professional Advice

  • Our Course, Coaching, and Content are for educational and informational purposes only and are not substitutes for professional mental health, legal, financial, or medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting licensed professionals for specialized support.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Course, Coaching, and Content are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callie Sorensen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress or legal outcomes, arising from your use of our services or Content.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course, Coaching, or Content for violations of these Terms, including non-payment, unauthorized sharing, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, USA.
